Flavor Profile: softened acidity, concentrated sweetness, and stable aromatic development.
Best for: light to dark roast coffees (fruity, nutty, caramel, cocoa notes, etc.), enhancing complexity while smoothing harsh edges.
Material Density: fired five times at high temperatures, creating a dense and heat-stable body; the glaze ensures even heat conduction, concentrating aroma and refining mouthfeel.
Care Instructions:
Rinse with clean water and air dry. Occasionally soak in a baking soda solution to remove odors. Do not use chemical detergents.
