the design of Hundred Refinements Pour Over Kettle features a variety of user-friendly elements.
This product is designed to be used with one hand, particularly when brewing with drip bag coffee,
so that users can enjoy a relaxed brewing experience without worrying about splashing everywhere.
※This pour-over kettle can be kept warm with candles.
※PLEASE DO NOT heat or boil it over an open flame.
Attention for the Common Brewing Instructions in Coffee Shops:
Drip Bag Coffee
1. Prepare a drip bag coffee around 10~12g.
2. Fill the pour-over kettle with hot water at 100℃ until it is approximately 70%~ 80% full (approximately 290 to 310 ml). (The temperature should typically be lowered by 5 to 10℃.)
3. Hang the drip bag and brew the coffee when the water temperature is between approximately 85 to 95℃.
4. Let the coffee steep with a small stream pouring for around 25 to 30 seconds.
5. Pour the second and third rounds of water (either a small or medium stream is fine).
6. The extraction should be approximately 50%~60% full (around 180 to 220 ml), then remove it.
*If the drip bag is soaked in coffee, please finish brewing in 30~60, then remove it.
Pour Over Dripper
1. Take 23 grams of coffee beans and grind them at a setting of 3 to 3.5 on the grinder.
2. Pour 100℃ hot water into the pour-over kettle until it is about 70- 80% full (approximately 290 to 310 ml).
The temperature should typically be lowered by 5 to 10℃, and the ratio of water to coffee grounds can be adjusted accordingly.
3. Add the coffee grounds into the dripper.
4. Brew the coffee when the water temperature is between approximately 85 to 95℃.
5. Let the coffee steep for a short period, typically around 25 to 30 seconds.
6. Pour the second and third rounds of water (either a small or medium stream is fine).
7. The extraction should be approximately 60%~70% full (around 250 to 300 ml),then remove the dripper.
